Cancellation Policy
Please let us know if you need to cancel your
appointment 24 hours in advance when possible. We understand that there are sometimes unforeseen
circumstances that prevent 24 hours’ notice.
As the demand for massage therapy services increases, we have adopted a new policy to reduce misunderstandings
between our patients and our practice. If cancellation of your appointment is necessary, please
be advised that our office requires a 24 hour notice. Without 24 hour notice you will be charged a $20 dollar missed appointment fee
for each ½ hour missed. This is due to
the difficulty of filling massage appointments with short notice and the high demand for
appointments. It is important that we enforce this policy in order to give our best service to
all patients.
