Cancellation Policies
Please
let us know if you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance when possible. We
understand that there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that prevent 24 hours notice. As
the demand for massage therapy services increases, we have adopted a new policy to reduce
misunderstandings between our patients and our practice. The Center offers massage therapy sessions at a rate of
$70.00 per hour and $40.00 per half an hour. If cancellation of your appointment is necessary,
please be advised that our office requires a 24 hour notice or you will be charged for the full
cost of the session. However, because of the limited scheduling time of massage therapists and
the difficulty of filling massage appointments with short notice, it is important that we
enforce this policy in order to give our best service to all
patients.
